A new TV show is being aired on Channel 25 in Chicago, which is broadcast to 400,000 households. It’s called “LorrainesChicago” and it’s an informative, energetic and stimulating half-hour show produced by Lorraine Denham, Realtor, Coldwell Banker.

“LorrainesChicago” airs every Wednesday at 11:30PM, and Thursdays at 6:30PM. Lorraine is in the Top Ten of agents, and working in the #1 Coldwell Banker office in the country, so she has alot to say about Chicago real estate.

The show has two formats: one is ‘tips’ oriented based on learning the many nuances of property ownership done talk-show style with property tours. And the second type of show is about location, location, location featuring neighborhoods from the perspective of “when you buy property, you also buy the lifestyle of the neighborhood”. In these segments Lorraine will educate viewers about owning real estate in specific neighborhoods and show the properties and the lifestyle/amenities nearby, including artist communities in Wicker Park, horse stables in Chicago’s Gold Coast, and hidden treasures ranging from novel restaurants to historical treasures. About Lorraine Denham:
Lorraine’s background was in corporate marketing, where she owned her own marketing firm for 10+ years prior to real estate. In that capacity, she ran successful marketing campaigns for IBM, Xerox, and Federal Express to name a few clients. She also spoke the world over on ‘creativity in marketing’ and has written a book that spawned an entire creative venture called “The Idea Kitchen”. Now she is bringing her unique marketing approach to the world of real estate!
